Tape Festival • Brooklyn • Roulette
Wednesday, June 29, 2016 from 6:30 PM to 11:30 PM (EDT)
Tape Festival is a live, unrecorded radio show. We bring together some of the best radio makers and storytellers under one roof for one night only. The evening is accompanied by stunning visuals, recorded audio, and live music. And this year, for the first time ever, an after-party-dance-party!
The line-up includes:
Home of the Brave host Scott Carrier
Slate's The Gist Mike Pesca
Sampler host Brittany Luse
Guardian US data editor Mona Chalabi
FiveThirtyEight's whiz kid Harry Enten
The Moth GrandSLAM champion Micaela Blei
Data journalist Lam Thuy Vo
NPR's Michael May
What time should I arrive?
Doors open at 6:30 pm. The show starts at 7:30 pm sharp.
How many tickets may I purchase?
8 tickets per order.
Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
You can print your ticket or show the purchase e-mail on your phone at the door. If you lose your ticket, we will help you track down your purchase at the Box Office.
What is the refund policy?
Sorry, we don't accept refunds.
The name on the registration/ticket doesn't match the attendee. Is that okay?
Is the venue wheelchair accessible?
Yes, it is accessible via a ramp on Atlantic avenue.
Is there an after-party?
Yup! After the show, DJ Autopilot (Sean Rameswaram) will spin some tunes (mostly of the Drake variety). Bring cash for the bar. The party goes until 11:30 pm.
