We believe in Beer, Evolved. Tapas & Taps is a celebration of local chefs and brewers teaming up to experiment with flavors and push the boundaries of beer pairings. Consider our featured chefs culinary artists, using DBC beers as the canvas for creating new masterpiece.

Join us at the Darwin Brewing Co taproom on the first Monday of each month from 7-9pm. Your $25 ticket is your gateway to 3 tapas courses, each paired creatively with a different DBC beer. Receive unlimited pours of that night's selected taps for the duration of the event.
