Description

For one night only, Tulio is putting away the pasta and tapping into tapas.

Chef de cuisine Guillermo Carreno is taking over the Tulio kitchen, showcasing a 12-course tapas tasting menu inspired by his upbringing in Mexico alongside his experiences and travels to Spain. Taste traditional dishes such as bacalao (salted cod, pepper, preserved lemon aoili), patatas bravas (paprika roasted potatoes, salsa brava), panzita de res (hangar steak, tomatillo chimichurri), pulpo relleno (stuffed squid, chorizo) and more paired with regional bubbles and wines.

Dinner will be held inside Tulio, upstairs in the private dining area. Welcome drink and appetizer served 5:30 - 6:00 p.m.; tasting menu begins at 6:00 p.m.
