Join us for the Tap the Barrel Release Party at Madison Beach Hotel, located at 94 West Wharf Road in Madison, CT. This in-person event will take place on Wed Jul 05 2023 at 7:00 PM EDT. Get ready to taste this great cocktail created by our Lead Bartender Mike Mills featuring Bar Hill Gin.
Registration opens May 19, 5 p.m.
Learn about the process of "batching" the cocktail and the aging process and then lean in as we "tap" the barrel and taste Mike's Madison Honey Bee cocktail.
Mike's inspiration..... I love a Negroni, and having been introduced to Barr Hill Gin which has honey and sweetness flavor profile, I decided to substitute Aperol over Campari to get more floral and lighter flavors, then I chose an Amaro to add bitterness. This cocktail is a great alternative for those Aperol Spritz and Negroni lovers. A delicious well balanced cocktail to enjoy while overlooking the Long Island Sound here at the Madison Beach Hotel.
This event is free and open to the first 30 registered guests.
This event begins promptly at 7 p.m. in the Crow's Nest.
