Agile Finland ry is organizing again the free, fun and friendly Tampere goes Agile -conference, on December 14th (Saturday) to bring together the software development community to learn and network on a central location in Tampere - Tampere-talo.
Theme: Learn to Change -- Change to Learn
Theme chosen is inspired by change needs in the companies and dusting out the perceptions of how we work and learn to deliver value together. Agile brings in the ideas of cross-functional teams with all the skills needed, but what are those skills and how can one extend the skillset available? We hope the theme will take us back to basics, remind us on how we learn and build on what we know when we strive to learn, and bring new ideas to fuel our efforts to improve.
We will have two talk tracks with 45 minute slots, with longer-than-usual time for questions. On parallel, we’re running a code retreat as part of Global Day of Code Retreat 2013 (http://coderetreat.org/profiles/blogs/announcing-global-day-of-coderetreat-2013) you can enter also for part of the day, and a track of lightning talks (max. 5 mins) and 15+15 talk + discussions.
