TOPIC: “The Changing Winds of the Florida Property Insurance Market”
SUMMARY:
This session will be an overview of current Property Insurance market conditions and the impact of the 1/01/2023 reinsurance treaty renewals. Presentation agenda will include retail and wholesale market capacity concerns, underwriting appetite, changes in terms and conditions, and what insureds can expect for the next 12-24 months. Strategies will be shared that insureds can use to make the best of a difficult Property Insurance renewal cycle.

If you are unable to attend our event and need to cancel your registration, please submit a refund request via our online registration system, EventBrite, or notify the organizer by clicking on the "CONTACT THE ORGANIZER" button to the right. Please note that refund requests received after 12:01pm EST on the Friday before the meeting will not be accepted.

Special Note: Registration desk for check-in will be open by 11:15 am and no walk-ups will be accepted. No vaccination requirements are in place, but we will be taking steps to increase spacing at the event to reduce potential COVID-19 exposure and we ask that attendees adhere to any applicable CDC guidelines that are in force at the time of the event and to remain at home if experiencing any unexplained COVID-19 symptoms.
