Work with a professional chef to create 2 types of tamales. Students will learn to make green chile chicken, red chile pork tamales. This is a hands-on cooking class where you will listen and watch our chef demo the do’s and don’ts of making tamales while also making your own tamales. Students will then eat tamales for a late lunch. Proper kitchen attire is required which includes: close toed shoes, long pants and long or short sleeve shirt. Please restrain hair while in the kitchen.
