All Proceeds to Benefit the Michael Scott Murray Foundation

The Michael S. Murray Foundation was established in the year 2013 to continue the legacy of charity and goodwill in the community for which Mr. Murray was renowned. In an effort to continue his wonderful legacy, his friends and family have created this organization to celebrate and benefit all that Michael did.

Mike was an avid sportsman, metropolitan real estate developer visionary, and enthusiastic philanthropist who combined all three in exemplary fashion in his successful and storied career. He leaves many friends and multiple more beautiful memories that we will always treasure in our hearts to celebrate his life. Michael loved to be around those that loved him and this foundation will be dedicated to the loyalty, friendship and love that he represented.

The active and ongoing mission of the foundation is to identify young people who strive to achieve high goals scholastically, socially and athletically and help them to achieve success. Out of a blue-collar house outside of Chicago, Michael fought his way all the way to a full ride to the Naval Academy as Quarterback and Officer. We will be awarding merit based scholarships and financial aid to those individuals in need who demonstrate high character, academic discipline and social consciousness. Michael loved fighters and underdogs; we intend to honor and support them the way that Michael would have if he were still with us.

In addition to financial awards,. The Michael S. Murray Foundation’s Board of Directors will continue to pilot the organization towards community -based objectives that create a positive impact on deserving individuals; with the hope that they themselves will one day serve in the same capacity in continuing to carry on our mission. Advice and guidance is often much more valuable then financial support, and a few gave as much out of his heart then Mike.
`
We appreciate your support in this foundation and feel honored to be a part of Michael’s legacy.
