Local Chef Josh Cohen presents a 5-course meal focusing on the natural flavors of the Hudson Valley

About this Event

Chef Josh Cohen grew up close to Taliaferro Farms, and was Robin Taliaferro's student in kindergarten! Not many of our chefs can say that!

He has worked in many highly-rated restaurants in NYC, including as the opening sous chef at The Flower Shop, where his menus were listed in the 2018 NYC Michelin Guide. He was also the opening sous chef at Gem in NYC working side-by-side with chef Flynn McGarry.

We will begin the evening with a glass of sparkling cider and a tour of the farm then will sit down to dinner.

Dinner will include half a bottle of cider per person, as chosen by the chef

Grilled Hangar Steak, Eggplant Purée, Marinated Summer Squash, Mint and Jamon

Fifth Course

Frozen Vanilla Mousse, Cantaloupe and its Jus, Olive Oil and Thyme
