Hudson Valley Seafood Executive Chef John Vargo presents a 5-course meal featuring fresh fish exclusively from Hudson Valley Seafood

About this Event

Chef John Vargo, formerly of Gadeleto's New Paltz, and current executive chef of Hudson Valley Seafood, serves up a seafood feast with fresh, organic veggies from Taliaferro Farms!

We will begin the evening with a glass of sparkling cider and a tour of the farm then will sit down to dinner.

Dinner will include half a bottle of wine per person, as chosen by the chef
