Are there ID requirements or an age limit to enter the event?
Yes. All attendees must be 21+ years old. Please remember to bring your valid government issued photo ID. We will ask that you present your ID at the door. Refunds will not issued in the case that the attendee is underage or for an invalid ID.
What are my transport/parking options getting to the event?
We encourage all of our attendees to please drink responsibly and arrange for a designated driver or safe ride home. If you choose to drive, the Hyatt Regency is offering a discount parking rate of $16 per vehicle. For all Hot Toddy Package holders, valet parking is included in your package. Tickets may be validated at the will call table.
What can/can't I bring to the event?
We encourage you to wear you holiday festive wear. In New Orleans, you never know if it will be chilly enough to wear a coat, but just incase, we will have a self-serve coat rack.
Will my tickets be mailed to me?
No. All event tickets will be delivered electronically. Your tickets will be attached to your email order confirmation. Please PRINT your tickets at home or DOWNLOAD your tickets through the Eventbrite smartphone app (iOs and Android).
Do I need to print my ticket?
You can print your ticket from the order confirmation email or pull it up in the Eventbrite app on your mobile device to make sure you're ready to attend.
How do I add tickets to Passbook (iOS 6-8) or Wallet iOS 9 or above)?
Passbook (iOS 6-8) and Wallet (iOS 9 or above using an iPhone 6 or iPhone 6 Plus or later) are the default apps on Apple devices that let you to store things like Eventbrite tickets, boarding passes, and membership cards in one place on your iPhone or iPod touch. You can add your Eventbrite tickets to Passbook or Wallet from your order confirmation email, from the Eventbrite app, or from an order completed on a mobile browser. Can I get a refund on my ticket order?
We are unable to provide refunds, but if you sell it to a friend, you can update the registration information, which will allow you to email an e-ticket to your friend.

How will I know that my order and payment were received?
You will receive an email confirmation within 24 hours of your ticket purchase from firstname.lastname@example.org
