It's not about beer taps and casual Fridays anymore. Company culture goes beyond perks. As an employer, your culture is your brand and plays a key role in building your team.

Our second interactive talent workshop will focus on company culture and why it's vital for startups to define their culture from the very beginning. We'll explore what is company culture, how to develop and stay true to your culture, and how to use it to build strong teams.

Expert Panelists:

Leah Roe - As a "culture catalyst", Leah plays an integral role in developing and growing Healthfinch's internal cultural, which has helped them attract and retain top talent in the competitive Madison market. She's also the Founder of Culture Community, a nonprofit organization that meets once a month to share knowledge on different culture ideas and best practices when it comes to developing and building internal company culture.

Zach Blumenfeld - As Co-Founder and COO of Third Space, Zach believes in the power of delivering an "Epic Culture" and how taking the right steps can have a profound positive affect on employee engagement. Zach is also one of the founders of Culture Con, a day-and-a-half event in Madison with the mission to impact the workplace by connecting people to spread positive change around organizational culture.
