Predicting Engagement & Performance Using Human Capital Data Analytics

Employee engagement is a key factor leading to successful performance of individuals and organizations. Firms that utilize human capital analytics (HCA) to understand and predict the critical drivers of engagement and performance achieve a competitive advantage.

The conference will focus on the application of HCA to build a culture of engagement that fosters positive work behaviors and organizational outcomes. Thought leaders will share experiences, challenges and solutions utilizing HCA to attain an engaged and high performing workforce. The assessment of engagement will be addressed as will cutting-edge analytic models utilizing small and Big Data, including causality and linkage analysis.

Vendors with expertise in engagement assessments and HCA will demonstrate their products and services. Conference attendees will have the opportunity to network with leaders in this emerging field of HCA.
