Designed for hospitality and sales managers or business owners, this 90-minute live webinar offers a step by step best practices workshop on effective ways to attract, recruit, interview, hire, train, compensate and motivate top talent with the intent to build stronger sales performance. and build your employer brand to increase staff longevity. The course also provides guidance on ways business leaders can grow their personal and employer brand through leadership and performance management.
Each attendee will receive a Best Practices Workbook to accompany the session and a hiring scorecard template which can be adapted to use for recruiting and qualifying job candidates.

The Web Track on line training series is designed by Laura Larson, who as Founder of Virtual Vines established a professional selling skills curriculum which she used and taught over a 25 year sales management career working for Fortune 100 technology companies. Along with her strong background leading Global sales and marketing teams, Laura leverages her hospitality background, knowledge of wine, and passion to teach in a compact and comprehensive framework which, if applied effectively, will produce immediate results.

NOTE: The DTC WebTrack sessions are hosted using the GoToMeeting conferencing application. Registered attendees will receive a separate email 24-48 hours prior to the session date/start time with a web-link for session access and meeting documentation. If you do not receive an email at least 24 hours in advance of your session, please check your spam folder in the event it was re-routed due to your company's unique server firewall settings.

What is included in the registration price?

Live webinar registration prices are priced per attendee. Each attendee will receive a DTC Best Practices Workbook. Group discounts are available for three or more registrations per business entity.

Live or pre-recorded sessions are are available for purchase. Simply select a session date and select recording at check out. Recorded session links are "live" for thirty days from reciept of delivery.

If I can't find a date or time that works with my schedule, what other options do I have to attend the seminar?

Virtual Vines offers custom times and dates by request based on availability and for groups of three or more, arrangements can be made to host any of our DTC Webtracks on site.
Recordings are also available for purchase. Just select any date to register and select "Recording" as your ticket type when checking out. The recording will be sent within 24 hours after the scheduled workshop.

Is my registration/ticket transferrable?

Registrations for live courses are transferable. Please send transfer requests by email to: info@virtual-vines.com at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled session.

What is the refund policy?

There is no refund policy, however, registrations can be transferred to an alternate date. Requests must be made within 24 hours of the scheduled event via email: info@virtual-vines.com.
Failure to notify within 24 hours will result in forfeiture of ticket purchase.
