Taking the Stress out of Relationships

A one day retreat focused on helping you learn a powerful process for investigating how you think about key people in your life. By questioning the thoughts you have about yourself and others, peace and clarity can be found in even the most challenging situations. The process we will be using is ‘The Work’, a simple tool developed by world acclaimed inquirer and author of many books, Byron Katie. Our day will be a mixture of dialogue, meditation and reflection, with mindfulness and inquiry being the core practices for the day.
The event will be run by Duncan Lewin ( www.duncanlewin.co.uk ) and Tanya Forgan ( www.tanyaforgan.com ) , both practised teachers in mindfulness and inquiry techniques.
The day will leave you feeling calm, refreshed and able to see the world through fresh eyes. Open to beginners and all skill levels.
Price includes all refreshments and light healthy lunch created to support and nourish your wellbeing.

The workshop will run from 10am-4pm. Please arrive from 9.30am onwards for a 10am prompt start.
