Opening Party Hosted by Nashville Interiors and Ed Nash

Program Host Erin Laughlin is an abstract artist who quit her successful 10 year corporate career without a plan other than to pursue her creative passions. She is often asked - What was the moment you knew it was the right decision? How did you overcome fear and self-doubt? What went wrong before it went right? What about health insurance? How did you overlook negative reactions from friends and family?

Jeremy is a sought-after speaker, having presented at TEDx, the United Nations and creative conferences across the country. His latest endeavor is The Purpose Hotel, a planned global for-profit hotel chain designed to fuel the work of not-for-profit organizations. He’s the founder of a global photography movement, Help-Portrait and an online teaching platform, See University. Annie Choo is the owner of AVO, a plant-based restaurant that showcases a well-rounded dining experience for all by using a balanced approach to health. Jonathan Malphrus runs Steric Design, a Nashville shop that focuses on designing and building furniture as well as small-scale manufacturing for other local creative businesses. After graduating from Clemson University with a degree in Materials Engineering, Jonathan pursued a career in medical research at Vanderbilt University for several years before turning his attention away from the lab and to the wood shop.
