This presentation focuses on the impact of caregiver issues in today's working population. The "sandwich generation," while being employed and raising their own children, may also need to assist their parents. Whether experiencing up-close caregiver fatigue or worrying about loved ones far away, you will learn about ways to maintain self-care and resources to help navigate the challenges of this season of life.
