This presentation focuses on the impact of caregiver issues in today's working population. The "sandwich generation," while being employed and raising their own children, may also need to assist their parents. Whether experiencing up-close caregiver fatigue or worrying about loved ones far away, you will learn about ways to maintain self-care and resources to help navigate the challenges of this season of life.

Linzee specializes in helping others take a proactive approach to health, work-life balance, and maximizing creativity. Known for her humor, ferociousness, and originality, she is as entertaining as she is insightful. Her diverse background includes experience as a professional dancer, certified personal trainer, public speaker, entrepreneur, executive producer, and coach. She has been featured in Competitor Magazine, Boulder Daily Camera, The Seattle Times, and on Fox Sports Network.
