End your day with 45 minutes of relaxation and meditation while boosting your health and wellness with the help of the ancient Japanese art of self-healing Jin Shin Jyutsu.
- Balance body, mind and soul with simple finger holds and hand placements and enhance your health and wellbeing
Balance your body, mind and soul with simple finger holds, hand placements ("flows") and awareness of your breath. You will end your day in a more harmonious, grounded way and sleep well. This weekly evening meditation and Jin Shin Jyutsu self-help practice will enable you to take your health literally into your own hands.
- Experience the restorative and energizing power of your hands and breath
You will practice basic self-help "flows" (simple hand placements on specific areas on your body), learn more about finger holds, and address a wide spectrum of symptoms and disharmonies. In each session you will experience the restorative and energizing power of Health Is in Your Hands Self-Help and deepen your understanding of how to enhance your wellbeing by simply tapping into the power of your own hands and breath
- A health and wellness modality that you can take with you and practice anywhere anytime
Dr. Kathrin Stengel, experienced JSJ practitioner, philosopher and meditation teacher, will guide you through an individualized Jin Shin Jyutsu self-help routine that you can easily practice on your own everywhere and anytime.

About the practitioner:
Dr. Kathrin Stengel is a certified Jin Shin Jyutsu® practitioner and teaches JSJ self-help in NYC. She has been teaching Vipassana Meditation since 2002, after practicing since 1997.
