Whether your goal is to lose weight, increase your activity, or improve your overall wellness, a plan can help you stay on track.Dr. Saad Usmani, primary care doctor, BMP East Longmeadow Adult Medicine, discusses creating a wellness plan, provide recommendations, suggest important checkpoints, and give you healthy tips.
