Take Charge now, so your family doesn’t have to make tough decisions later.
After a successful first-class, and back by popular demand, CVMC is hosting a second Advanced Directive Take Charge Symposium. In short, an Advance Directive is a document that summarizes how you want to be cared for, in the hospital, if you are unable to make the decisions for yourself. Having this prepared, at any age, is crucial. We've seen firsthand how devastating and stressful making the decisions for a loved one can be on a family. Don't leave those kinds of decisions up to everyone. It's up to you to Take Charge. You decide how you want to be cared for - and everyone will be at peace knowing they didn't have to fight or wonder if they made the wrong decisions. We can help you prepare your Advance Directive and answer your questions. Additional resources will be available. This symposium is FREE and open to the public. Max capacity of 60 participants. RSVP is strongly recommended and walk-ins will not be admitted.
