Description: Join me for a short lunchtime reset as we take a mindful walk from Victoria Cross Station to St. Leonards Park and back.

Take a break from your busy schedule as we practice some simple breath work and mindfulness. This event is designed to help professionals like you take a break to help regulate your nervous system and balance the busyness of work and life.
