B R E A T H E !
“Almost everything will work again if you unplug it for a few minutes, including you.” – Annie Lamott
• Do you have too much to do and never enough time for it all, let alone for you?
• Do you feel like you’re running the rat race and everything feels urgent?
That level of constant stress has an impact. We get disconnected from what’s important to us; our relationships suffer and our health often suffers too. It's way past time to pause and breathe!
Join me for a powerful half-day day Breather! workshop
• Designed to help you slow down, reflect and reconnect to that clear, resilient woman within, wanting to come back to life.
• A unique and creative opportunity to reboot, recharge and fill your “well.”
• A nourishing, healing and fun afternoon filled with fun, interactive activities designed to bring you back to life.
• A safe unencumbered space for discovery, exploration and empowerment.
• A supportive space for loosening the grip of what “should” be, of attachment to expectations and outcomes.
• Fun, learning and laughter within a supportive and playful group experience.
You don’t need a plan for expressing yourself. Just show up and be who you really are – your creative energy is the expression of the life force within you.

FAQs
What time will you be starting and ending?
• The workshop runs 12:00-3:30PM. Please arrive by 11:45 AM for check-in so we can settle in and start on time.
Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
Yes. It will make the check-in process more efficient and we'll be able to start on time.
When is the deadline for registration?
• You will be able to register on the Event Brite site until noon 12:00 PM on Saturday, June 10th. Please register in advance as soon as possible as space is limited.
What if I don't register online by the deadline Saturday, at noon, June 10th?
If you cannot register by Saturday, June 10th at 12:00 noon, email me at jamiewinnick.com and I will let you know if there is space available.
What kind of clothing should I wear?
• Wear loose-fitting, comfortable clothes so you can move comfortably through the movement activities. Be sure to dress in layers because the studio is air conditioned.
• Bring a spring/summer scarf with you.
• The floors are nice and well-kept so bare feet, socks, dance or rubber-soled shoes are preferred, please.
Do I need to bring anything?
• BRING YOUR OWN BOTTLED OR FILTERED WATER, so you can stay hydrated. There is no water cooler in the studio.
• Please bring a spring/summery scarf.
• We will be taking a break midway through the workshop for a light lunch/snack so bring something with you. There's a lovely deli on the corner of 34th Street and Lexington Avenue called Guy and Galliard where you can buy food.
• Bring an object or photo that you feel symbolizes your best self, the strong, resilient creative you.
• Feel free to bring a journal.
• Besides that, all you need to bring is yourself and a mindset open to the possibilities for Taking a Breather to increase your wellbeing and quality of life.
