In the advent of the International BIO Convention in Boston, join us for a day of healthcare and biomedical innovations at Taiwan Biotech Forum, jointly hosted by MJNE and DCB on June 3rd at the Joseph B. Martin Conference Center at Harvard Medical School. Meet and network with top leaders in biopharma, medtech, venture capital, and academia from Taiwan and around the world.

This event will feature more than 20 speakers from Sanofi Genzyme, Samsung Ventures, LEO Pharma, SR One, M Ventures, MPM Capital, F-Prime Capital, Artiman Ventures, MIT Alumni Angels, Militia Hill Ventures, and Johnson & Johnson Innovation. The audience will also hear from keynote speakers Michael LaRhette, President, MassChallenge and Kate Merton, Head of JLABS at NYC & Boston, Johnson & Johnson Innovation.

More than 10 companies will present in Technology Showcase, including ACT Genomics, Mao Ying Genetech​, ASUS Life Corporation, Augmented Intelligence, Funique VR, Bio Preventive Medicine, LumiSTAR Biotechnology, GenomeFrontier Therapeutics, Elixiron Immunotherapeutics.

The Development Center for Biotechnology, DCB, was founded in 1984 as a non-profit organization based on governmental funds and private donations. DCB's mission is to facilitate the development of Taiwan's biotechnology industry by building the infrastructures, developing key biotechnologies, and training and recruiting professional workforces, in coordination with industrial, governmental, academic, and research institutions.

Monte Jade Science and Technology Association of New England (MJNE) is a non-profit organization and was established in 1992 by science and technology professionals in the New England area. The name Monte Jade was chosen in honor of the highest mountain located in central Taiwan, symbolizing the spirit of high achievement and professional excellence. Currently, MJNE is in its 26th year and is part of the Global Monte Jade network along with other active chapters in the U.S. and overseas. MJNE includes professionals with a wide variety of experiences and expertise in science, engineering, medical, legal and business, and has become an idea incubator to serve its community.
