Achieve tranquility and composure through integrating physical movements, breathing and peace of mind.

This special event is back for weekly sessions throughout UNSW's Health and Wellbeing Month in October.

Take a break at lunch time to relax and unwind with the help of our popular Tai Chi instructor, Angela Zhu.

Classes start at 12.10pm to allow people to arrive on time after meetings finishing on the hour. Everyone welcome!
