Description

In this class we will start by learning the first section of the T’ai Chi Solo Exercise. The first section includes techniques like Ward Off, Grasp Sparrow’s Tail, Brush Knee, and others. Once the first section is complete we will start adding additional techniques from the Second Section. The new techniques will include Embrace Tiger, Repulse Monkey, Cloud Hands, and others.

Tai Chi Solo Exercies and Tai Chi Essentials are both on-going classes. The usual progression is for a student to start in the introductory Essentials class. When the student has learned the basics and is ready to move to the Solo Exercise class then they can do so.

Visitors are welcome to come in and watch a class.

This class meets weekly on Tuesdays, 8:00-8:55 PM. The rate is $50 a month for one class per week which will be payable to the instructor. A discount is given for quarterly enrollment at $120 for 3 months enrollment for one class per week.

Tai Chi takes time and practice, so no "drop-in" attendance will be allowed as it disrupts the progress of the serious students.
