Hi, I am Steve! I want to teach and help you be healthy. There is no combat or physical requirements.
--What--
I teach FREE, Bruce Lee's Jeet Kune Do, Yang and Chen Tai Chi, and Neechi Ryu Yoga. I also teach overall wellness cultivated through the body.

Saturday and Sunday mornings at 9AM

There are two components to martial arts, the external movements and the internal movements. I believe both are important in their cultivation of a healthy body through breath. The breath's ability to affect our nervous system, internal organs, and muscles can provide immediate relief of pain, as well as long lasting health.
