Tai Chi Lessons for Beginners
In each session we will work on individual tai-chi exercises to help build strength, flexibility and coordination. Using these individual exercises we will build a form of Tai chi. These lessons are a great introduction for beginning students or advanced students looking to further their studies Kevin has studied and taught martial arts for over 30 years. He has a 5th degree Black Belt in Body Mind System Asian Martial Arts that requires expertise in 8 martial arts. He produces the award-winning cable television program Tai Chi Made Easy that airs in Manhattan and Queens, NY. He is also a Personal Trainer and Fitness Counselor and is dedicated to helping people improve their health and know happiness.
