This Tai Chi form has been modified to meet the needs of people affected by arthritis as well as those trying to improve balance and prevent falls.
The movements are slow, gentle, and safe. The benefits are increased flexibility, strength and balance. Tai Chi has been shown to help relieve pain and reduce stress.
This class contains the remaining 11 movements, completeing the form and bringing it all together.
It can be practiced in a seated or standing position.
