Grab a buddy and bring your A games to CrossFit Hereafter! No better way to show off all the gainzzz you made from this year's Open!

About this Event

***Make a team however you’d like. MALE/MALE, FEMALE/FEMALE, or MALE/FEMALE. If you choose to have a co-ed team, there will be two sets of weights provided for each workout. Movement standards are the same for women and men.

***RX, SCALED, and MASTERS (40+) divisions

***The more teams, the more prize money!!

For every 10 teams signed up, there’s an added $200 cash prize to the winning RX team. Winner take all. If we have 30 teams, $600 prize, if we have 40 teams, $800 prize, if we have 50 teams, $1000 prize… and so on. Bring more teams, make more $$$!

***All Scaled and Masters podium finishers, and 2nd and 3rd place RX teams will receive gift bags full of awesome swag! 1st place RX team takes the entire cash prize.

WOD 4 (A and B are two separate scores)

8 minutes total

A) 40/30 Calorie Assault Bike for time (split up however between teammates)**men do 40, ladies do 30.

B) In the remaining time after finishing the Bike, find a total weight combined 1 rep max Clean (score is both teammate's weights added together)

**Score for the clean weight will be adjusted for all women. The lifted women's weights will have 50% of their heaviest weight added on.

For example on a coed team, if the female teammate lifts 150lbs, the 150lbs will then have 75lbs(50%) added onto it. This would change her lifted weight of 150, and convert it to 225lbs total. Then the male's weight would be added together with that number for their final overall score.

If there is an all female team, both teammates will have their lifted maxes adjusted and 50% will be added to each of their highest lifts. For example, if "Female 1" lifts 100lbs, her adjusted score would be 150lbs. If "Female 2" lifts 120lbs, her adjusted score would be 180lbs. Their total score would then be 330lbs.

A final WOD will be released at the end of the competition. The top 5 teams from each division qualify for the final WOD.

ALL sales are final. You may transfer your ticket to anyone else but there will be NO REFUNDS for any reason.

CrossFit Hereafter reserves the right to adjust the weights/movements prescribed prior to the competition.

What are my transport/parking options getting to the event?

We are located about 1/2 mile off Interstate 80 in a big red building.

Planet Fitness is right across the road, part of the Columbia Mall.

When should I arrive?

Please show up with both teammates, no later than 8:00am to check-in
