Mind the (Wage) Gap: Cincinnati’s New Ordinance
Equalizing the salary playing field and addressing the wage-gap for similarly-qualified candidates is getting increased attention throughout the nation. Cincinnati is just one of the many jurisdictions attempting to address these issues through its recently-passed Prohibited Salary History Inquiry and Use Ordinance. This presentation will provide a detailed review of the ordinance which becomes effective in March 2020 and provide tips for compliance.
