IS THIS FAMILY-FRIENDLY?

There are areas of the festival that are open to the public, which allows for attendees to access the food trucks and Night Market. However the music stage, luchador wrestling and bee rfestival all are inside the fencline of the South Lake Union Discovery Center.

This portion is not free and entrance is a minimum of $5.00 per person, unless you have purchased the Tasting experience online or on-site. If you do not want to purchase the Tasting ticket, you'll be able to purchase alcohol onsite with a festival glass for $10.

Bar is cash only, but ATM's are onsite. Please make sure to read carefully as there is no refunds once tickets are purchased. Tickets will be higher at the door, so buy early and save money.

HOW DOES IT WORK? In the tradition of most festivals, we love making these events as accessible to the public to support our fellow food trucks and booths. So this event is split into two main areas:

1) FOOD TRUCK & NIGHT MARKET which allows for "All Ages" access to the food trucks and shopping area on in and around the SLU Discovery Center at NO ADMISSION FEE. The Taco Libre Showdown beer tasting experience is held (21+ only) and requries an entry fee of $5, $10 or $25.00. So if you love food trucks and don't want the booze, then you can enjoy yourself at no cost.

2) BEER TASTING HALL & MUSIC - If you love beer and margaritas and want to enjoy a selection of craft beverages with some music and luchador wrestling, then you will need to purchase a $25 ticket online to be allowed in. Love a full pour? Any beverage on tap is available for a full pour option for only 3 beer tokens or $6 for a full pour so taste your way through or stick with one all day long.

Tickets will increase to $35 (cash only) for the tasting General Admission day-of, so buy online to save money at all times prior ot the event.

We will have a smaller selection of food booths and trucks inside the gates for the sake of convenience to reduce the need to walk out of the 21+ area, so you can enjoy your beverage and food at the same time.

Designated Driver tickets are available at the front door for purchase day-of only for $5. Cash only as door and you can opt in for a full pour pint for $6 from any beer or beverage featured on tap. So it's up to you, but you can enjoy either way.
