TABLE SIGN UP (for INFORMATION & PROVIDERS) We have a limited number of provider and information tables available for the Lower Bucks Faith Summit II event on October 13, 2018 at Cairn University, 200 Manor Avenue, Langhorne, PA 19047. The tables are free, but the limt is one per person/organization and you must be a provider, information source or non-profit that offers services consistent with the purpose of the event. All table reservations are subject to a review and approval by the organizer. The focus on this event is to address and help our community in addressing and dealing with addiction and the opioid crisis through our faith community.
