Free for members. $5 per class for nonmembers.
During this high-energy, 30-minute interval class, you will be performing 20 seconds of an all-out cardio or strength-training exercise, followed by ten seconds of rest. Each exercise, or group of exercises, can be repeated up to eight times. This very efficient form of high intensity interval training will help to transform you from head to toe, as well as kicking up your metabolism for up to two whole days post workout!
