Certificate of Completion / Continuing Education Certificates

Each participant will receive a Certificate of Completion issued by T9 Mastered. In addition, participants can request MCLE certificates of attendance from the State Bar of California and/or from the Human Resources Certification Institute (HRCI).

  • MCLE approved for 18.0 hours of MCLE credit from the State Bar of California, including 1.0 hours for Recognition and Elimination of Bias. 
  • HRCI approval pending for 18.0 hours of credit.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancel on or before 2/13/19 -- Full refund. 
  • Cancel 2/14/19 to and including 3/1/19 -- $200 cancellation fee. 
  • Cancel after 3/1/19 -- No refund but substitutions may be allowed provided the substitute pays a $200 transfer fee.

T9 Mastered

Our T9 Mastered℠ training program brings together two pre-eminent investigation firms, Van Dermyden Maddux Law Corporation and Public Interest Investigations, Inc. Together, our firms have extensive experience in the investigative process and report writing, along with expertise in the complex area of Title IX. Our T9 Mastered trainers have conducted investigations at both private and public sector colleges and universities, as well as community colleges and K through 12 schools. Each trainer has decades of experience conducting investigations, as well as specific experience in higher education, criminal law, sexual assault and sexual harassment. We have also spent years using a civil rights model while conducting EEO investigations. In addition to our investigation experience, our team includes accomplished public speakers and trainers who have presented across the United States and Canada.
