Workshop #6 - Systems & Processes
What is holding your business back from being extraordinary? You and your team are amazing at what you do, but building systems and processes just isn't your thing. You know how much simpler things could be if you just had the systems and processes in place to create consistency and quality in everything you do. You know you are wasting time on things that having a defined process would largely eliminate. However, every time you carve out the space to start to build your systems, you quickly become overwhelmed or "fires" crop up that require your attention and you never seem to make the progress you are seeking. And to compound matters, we live in a rapidly changing environment that demands you adapt even faster. Systems and processes need to be embedded into your daily life to help you create the continuous improvement you need.
In this one-day workshop, we will help you understand what processes you have currently have in place, how to map them out so you can see how they fit together and how to use them as a springboard to improve your business. We promise to take the tedium out of the process with our expanding toolkit of resources. There are engaging and enjoyable ways of doing this heavy lifting in your business and we will share them with you.
