We need to shift the way we see our food system. Indianapolis is a Midwestern mecca for entrepreneurs looking to start their own, innovative food businesses advocating a more sustainable culture.

Join the Indy Food Council and Edible Indy at Newfields on May 22 as we discuss with innovative restaurateurs, advocates, and small business owners how they are changing the face of Indy's food culture and shaping our food system.


Erica Bryant, founder of Beetbox Eatery and the Healthy Food Cafe.

Ashley Brooks, co-founder of Milktooth, Garfield Park Farmers Market, Baby Got Brunch and more.

Hannah Lindgen, film maker and local food advocate.

Katy Rogers, An Indiana native, food advocate and host of Katy on the Farm, a television series on local food in Georgia.

Jason Michael Thomas, private sustainable chef and owner of Urban Awareness Gardens.
