Through the lens of the Complex Spine Surgery team at Virginia Mason – which reduced surgery complication rates by 36 percent – attendees will learn how to position their organizations to gain a competitive advantage by implementing and accelerating the benefits of value-based care.

From the boardroom to the front lines of care delivery, leaders will learn how to engage staff to drive change, to collaborate within cross-functional teams, to innovate better processes, and to achieve groundbreaking improvements to the quality, efficiency, cost and safety of care.
