We’ll demonstrate how Project Server 2013 is used to manage programs - a frequently misunderstood aspect of the toolset. Specifically this will include:
• Making the Project Centre “Program Friendly”
• Managing inter-project dependencies and the program-level critical path with Master Projects
• Deliverables – The inter-project dependency alternative
• What about Risks, Issues and Documents – Where and how do we manage these?
During this event, students will learn how to use Metadata to create a virtual program. How to associate a physical program with a virtual program to support management of artefacts at the program level. How to use the frequently misunderstood Deliverables list on the project site.
