This class will help you focus on your personal swim goals. Workouts are designed to improve endurance and overall fitness. Swim Conditioning is suitable for those able to swim at least 1500 yds/hr or 10 continuous minutes; proficiency in free, back and breaststroke is recommended. Goggles recommended.
This class meets on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 8:00-9:00 PM from September 13-December 13, 2016. There are no classes on Tuesday, October 18 and Thursday, November 24.
What is the cancellation/refund policy?
You may cancel from class without a penalty up until it meets for the first time. After that, cancellations and refunds are allowed only through the University of Michigan academic class calendar drop/add deadline: September 26, 2016. A $20 cancellation fee will apply. If you are taking the class for credit, you will also need to drop it on Wolverine Access.
Are there Rec Sports facility building access requirements?
You must be an enrolled UM student or have a UM Rec Sports membership in order to participate.
