This class will help you focus on your personal swim goals. Workouts are designed to improve endurance and overall fitness. Swim Conditioning is suitable for those able to swim at least 1500 yds/hr or 10 continuous minutes; proficiency in free, back and breaststroke is recommended. Goggles recommended.
This class meets on Mondays and Wednesdays from 8:00-9:00 PM from September 12-December 12, 2016. There is no class on Monday, October 17 and Wednesday, November 23.
What is the cancellation/refund policy?
You may cancel from class without a penalty up until it meets for the first time. After that, cancellations and refunds are allowed only through the University of Michigan academic class calendar drop/add deadline: September 26, 2016. A $20 cancellation fee will apply.
Are there Rec Sports facility building access requirements?
You must be an enrolled UM student or have a UM Rec Sports membership in order to participate.
