Please join SWIM Coalition for our (virtual) Spring 2021 public meeting on Tuesday, March 30th from 3:00 - 5:00 p.m.
About this Event
We will email the zoom link for the meeting at 10 a.m. on the 30th.
At the meeting:
- We'll provide an overview of SWIM's key focus areas for 2021
- Have a discussion with representatives from the NYC Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) regarding: 1. NYC's water rate restructuring study, 2. The 2021 Unified Stormwater Rule, and 3. Status updates the city's CSO LTCP's & GI Plan
- SWIM founding member, Newtown Creek Alliance, will share an overview of the Dutch Kills Loop project, that proposes innovative re-use of decommissioned infrastructure near the Dutch Kills tributary of Newtown Creek, in Long Island City, Queens.
