Sugary snacks have become the go-to for quick energy. Desserts are hard to pass up. Sugar is everywhere, but the media is telling us sugar is toxic, fattening and addictive. Instead of swearing off sweets forever, (which can be hard to keep up) learn how to make snacks and desserts with alternatives like Stevia, coconut sugar and bananas. This all-levels cooking class will introduce you to healthy sweets that are easy, fun, delicious and won't send you into a spiral of sugar highs and lows. All recipes are gluten-free.
