Description

SWEET SLEEP: A five-week course to improve your nightly rest

In this course, we'll examine your pre-bed habits and talk about elements of a sleep hygiene practice. You'll learn easy movements for winding down, simple breathing techniques and how to look for your "sleep gate."

And then we'll talk about what to do with the mind that won't turn off! Learn how to work with your busy mind when it wants to solve all your problems instead of powering down to sleep.
