Event Details

Alan Stein is the top basketball-specific strength & conditioning coach in the world. His company, Stronger Team, specializes in providing cutting edge information, concepts, and drills to help coaches and players maximize their basketball athleticism. Alan is the Head Strength & Conditioning coach for the nationally renowned DeMatha Catholic High School basketball program. He is also a performance consultant for Nike Basketball and has worked as the the head conditioning coach for the annual McDonald’s All-American game, the Jordan Brand All American Classic, and the Nike Skills Academies (including academies for: Kobe Bryant, Lebron James, Steve Nash, Chris Paul, Paul Pierce, Vince Carter, Deron Williams, Kevin Durant and Amar’e Stoudemire! Boys and Girls ages 10 and up are welcomed!

Toccara Williams

Toccara Williams, Founder of Sweet Rebound Graduate of South Broward High School where she won 2 state championships under Florida Hall of Fame Coach Abby Ward. Throughout her high school career she made First Team All County Honors, Player of the Year, and also was named one of the Top 5 players within the state of Florida. Received a full collegiate scholarship to Texas A&M University. She broke and set many records at A&M and also within the Big 12 conference. She became only 1 of 3 players in NCAA history to record more than 1000pts, 45o steals, 700 assists, and 500 rebounds. She was drafted to San Antonio Silverstars of the WNBA in 2004. She also played professionally overseas in Turkey, Korea, China, and Israel.
