About this event

Arts • Theatre

You are invited to join Alice May for a script-in-hand performance of her new one woman play as part of Aesthetica Fringe.

A darkly comic, whimsical tale of a granddaughter struggling to care for her terminally ill grandmother that asks what caring for someone facing death can teach us about living life.

Audience responses to a short performance from the piece described it as "brilliant", "so beautiful and raw and honest" and the writing as "fantastic", "cleverly balancing humour and tragedy".

Now the full play is being shared with a live audience for the first time.

After the show, grab a drink and join us for a feedback session to help develop the piece for stage and adapt it for screen.

A unique chance to experience an intimate live performance of an emerging piece of new writing, meet other creatives and spend an inspiring evening together.
