On the occasion of the World Music Day, Fête de la Musique: welcome to 'Sweet Dreams’ concert! A French group of 7 artists with varied backgrounds, presents a repertoire with pop, jazz, blues, and salsa sounds from French West Indies. The wonderful singer KENIA; she invites you to a musical colourful journey revisiting the greatest standards of the French and international songs. The amazing Serge LOSSEN, nicknamed "the voice of Armstrong", opens the doors to a wonderful world with his unique voice.
On June 21st, 1982, in France, Jack LANG, Minister of Culture, initiated the Fête de la Musique. The international success of this great annual and popular event gradually gained the whole world. On June 21, 2022, at the initiative of the Consulate General of France in Jeddah and the Alliance française d'Arabie Saoudite, the first edition of the Fête de la Musique will be held in Jeddah in partnership with UBT University, which opens its splendid and brand new concert-hall for the occasion.
