/// ABOUT THE FACILITATOR ///
Renée Sheridan holds a space that is safe, supportive and sensitive to the needs of the group. Her background as an actor and being involved in the arts, encourages curiosity, invites a sense of play, humour and spontaneity.
An avid yogi, she began her Teacher Training journey with Apollo Yoga in the Baptiste style, then with Adele Kinghan of Rise in Movement, in Embodied Flow. She regularly engages in further workshops and masterclasses with various admired and inspired teachers, continuing her vocational and professional development.
Inspired by the explorations of such esteemed pioneers as Bonnie Bainbridge-Cohen, Emilie Conrad and somatic based movement, Renée is interested in deepening the relationship with and ensuing experience of "being" in your body. Unfurling the mysteries and ill-serving deep-set narratives that lie within the body.
She is the founder of "Embodied Communication", whereby awareness is creatively explored and cultivated, via the three main pathways through which it is expressed. The body, mind and voice.
Unfurling ill-serving deep-set narratives embedded within, embodiment parctices attempt to liberate limiting beliefs, make conscious and awaken to the mystery and magic that lies within the experience of abiding in ones essence nature.
From this space, one is able to "communicate" truthfully, authentically and effectively. With their whole being.
