Get Stronger, Happier & Healthier in 2025: Saturday weight training & wellbeing bootcamp for women (beginners wanted!)

Ready to move more, feel better, and take care of you in 2025? Join our free 26-week sweat squad fitness and wellbeing bootcamp made just for women who are new to exercise or just getting back into it.

This isn’t your average workout programme—it’s a supportive space to build strength, boost your mood, and get active in a way that feels good. Expect fun, sweaty sessions with great music, real vibes, and a group of women cheering each other on every step of the way.

Each week, you’ll take part in high-energy HIIT and CrossFit-style workouts that focus on improving your fitness, building confidence, and helping you feel strong in your body. We’ll also explore simple tools for stress management and self-care to support your overall wellbeing—because health is about more than just exercise.

Oh, and did we mention we train to bashment, soca, R&B and all your favourites? Because movement should feel good.


Over 6 months, you’ll:
