INSIDE THE CURIOUSLY ELASTIC LIMITS OF ENDURANCE

When you push until you can’t go any farther or any faster, what exactly is holding you back? Join author Alex Hutchinson as he discusses his new New York Times-bestselling book, ENDURE: Mind, Body, and the Curiously Elastic Limits of Human Performance, exploring the science of endurance and the surprising role of the brain in setting our “physical” limits.

Location: Brainsport, 616 10th Street E, Saskatoon. Friday, May 4, 6:30 p.m. The talk will be moderated by CBC Saskatoon's Jason Warick, and followed by discussion and book-signing. Copies of the book will be available for sale at Brainsport.

Alex Hutchinson (@sweatscience) is an award-winning science columnist for Outside, the Globe and Mail, and Canadian Running, and a former national-team long-distance runner.

This event is free, but as space is limited please sign up above.
