White Rabbit is located a short 10-minute walk north of Liverpool Street Station, there’s the Overground at Shoreditch High Street, or walk west to Old Street for the Northern Line in just over 8 minutes.

Come dressed in activewear and trainers, you will be getting sweaty during our class! We recommend something breathable and supportive.

How long is the event?

The full experience is approximately 2 hours. This includes your workout, recovery session, and time in the Power Studio with shopping, networking, and the panel talk.

What time should I arrive?

Doors open at 12:30pm, 30 minutes before the class starts. Arrive early to check in, grab your EHPLabs shaker and fuel up with OxyShred, and get settled before the workout begins.

Yes! We’ll have a food truck on site so you can purchase a bite after your workout. Plus, our friends at Majic Protein will be supplying some delicious high-protein treats to keep you fuelled and satisfied.
